Free Group Therapy for Children, Youth & Parents
Our group programs are designed to enhance self-esteem, encourage healthy coping skills, strengthen communication, and foster personal and family growth. Through interactive activities, guided discussions, and therapeutic exercises, participants gain tools they can use in everyday life.
We use a variety of evidence-based and integrative treatment approaches, including CBT and DBT-based skill-building, mindfulness, expressive arts, play-based techniques, and strength-focused activities. For parents, groups may include positive parenting strategies, stress management support, and tools to nurture healthy family relationships.
